K2P25 – Familiarity with adult/child ratio requirements, according to regulatory and setting requirements.
Child ratio:-
| 0-2 years | One adult to three
children |

| 2 – 3 years | One adult to four children | |
| 3 – 5 years | One adult to eight children | |
| 5 – 7 years | One adult to eight children |
Within my setting in the school’s nursery and reception class the following ratios apply:-
- One adult to eight children.
Taking children outside setting:-
| 3 – 5 years | One adult to four children |

| 5 – 7 years | One adult to six children |
